Shipping Policy

We offer shipping on certain items that will be listed as shippable in our online store. We plan to ship these by Priority Mail to ensure the best delivery of your items.

Return & Exchange Policy

We stand behind everything we sell and want our customers to be happy and satisfied. If for any reason you would like to return an order or items that you have received please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order for return instructions and a return order number. Upon receipt of your returned items a refund or merchandise credit will be issued for the amount of product purchased within 7-10 business days minus a 25% restocking fee and shipping and handling is non-refundable. 

Fresh flowers are not refundable and cannot be returned or exchanged.

Cancelled Orders

After an order is placed, if you decide to cancel it, a $15 cancellation fee or 15% of your order, whichever is greater, will be applied to cover processing and restocking fees.
